Dr. Darcy Lord, a Self-Love Expert and founder of Programs That Uplift, is on a mission to empower people to love themselves enough to live their highest version. That’s how we raise the consciousness of the planet.

With a Ph.D. in Somatic Education (mind-body connection) from The Ohio State University, she's a warm, passionate author, speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping people care about how they feel, trust their inner guidance, and take personal responsibility for their lives.

In addition to her speaking, training, and coaching background, Dr. Lord received a prestigious award for teaching excellence from The Ohio State University.

Darcy worked as a counselor focusing on women’s issues and served as the Director of an Integrative Healing Arts Center specializing in personal/spiritual growth and development. She contributed groundbreaking research with a Worksite Positivity Study published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Dr. Lord’s expertise extends to the mind-body connection, stress-relief, mindfulness, women’s empowerment, nervous system re-balancing, happiness, and shifting emotions “On Demand,” along with the crucial concept of self-love.
