Distilled Passion
‘Distilled Passion’ is a premium whiskey tasting event designed to bring whiskey lovers into an intimate, immersive environment where they can engage with Master Distillers and Master Blenders in an relaxed setting to discover the human element of their favorite whiskeys. Led by myself, Scott Sargent, and One of the Fourteen Masters of Whiskey in the World, Chase Henry, this unique experience will offer guided tastings, expert insights, and lively conversations about the passion, craftsmanship, and stories behind some of the world's finest spirits.
We will use this “Fireside Chat” style of interview to dig into not just the whiskeys we know and love, but the granular details that differentiate one bourbon from another, one distillate from another, one set of finishing choices versus others. Through these questions and answers, we will all gain a better understanding of all the incremental choices that are made in order to bring our Native Spirit to life, and a deeper appreciation for the fine people who have devoted their lives to delivering us exceptional whiskey.
The overall focus is simple: Intimacy. ‘Distilled Passion’ is an opportunity to make deep, lasting connections not only with the people who make our lives a little tastier, but with each other, and with an amazing venue.
