DevinAnn White is a Customer Experience (CX) Expert Strategist, compliance educator, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of cross-industry experience across hospitality, food and beverage, medical services, transportation, customer service operations, and regulated compliance environments.
She is the Founder of The Service Standard Institute (TSSI) and Co-Owner of The White Legacy Group, a property preservation firm. DevinAnn created TSSI after consistently seeing one major gap across industries: organizations were training for tasks, but not for service, compliance, and human interaction.
In addition to DOT and compliance-based certifications, DevinAnn leads customer service training programs focused on emotional intelligence, professionalism, communication, and conflict resolution — skills that apply universally across industries. She also provides Introduction to Property Preservation Training, offering foundational education for individuals interested in entering or understanding the property preservation industry, including workflow basics, professionalism, and compliance awareness.
