With a background in catering, i set up an accredited food safety training business in 2006. We offer a full range of food safety, allergens, haccp, health & safety, coshh, risk assessment and fire safety qualifications. With a background in restaurants and pubs, and more recent background in food safety audits and inspections, all courses are informative and memorable, with chance to ask questions, look at recent cases, practice sample exam questions and more. With experience as a head chef for a number of large pubs and chef trainer for a restaurant group, practical examples are used to make all of our courses interactive, engaging and relevant.

Globally recognised food safety qualifications, delivered remotely on Zoom:

All courses that we offer are regulated by Ofqual, and accredited by Highfield Qualifications. Courses are delivered on Zoom, with the exam completed online using a remote invigilation app.

How do the courses work?

Book a place on the course and you'll have access to the event page. This contains the link to the Zoom session, and you can download the precourse workbook and course slides. Complete the workbook prior to the course, which is delvered live on Zoom. The exam is completed using a remote invigilation app, so you can complete it from anywhere you have an internet connection (pc or laptop with webcam required)

Cant find a suitable course date?

All of the courses we offer can be run 'on-demand'; if you cant find a course on a time and date that suits you, book the course and exam for a time that does. All courses can be run on Zoom at any time of the day, seven days a week. The exam can be booked for anytime between Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 4.00pm (UK time).
