Cynthia Blancaflor
Cynthia Blancaflor is an award-winning Filipino American artist, author & wellness coach well-versed in vinyasa yoga, holistic healing based on traditional Chinese/Tibetan medicine and Nichiren Buddhism dedicated to modeling holistic wellness through lifestyle medicine.
After overcoming acute sciatica in just 2 weeks at the age of 30 under the guidance of Master Wang, she broke the generational cycle of a long history of family dying from food-related illnesses. With her powerful story, Cynthia was selected as one of the Top 5 in her group in the "Entrepreneur of Impact" contest to be featured in Forbes magazine.
From her experience, Cynthia has cultivated a 4 Step Path to Wellness program called "Self-Care Blueprint: Become Your Own Healer" and has now dramatically transformed the health of 100% of all of her clients to improve their health within two months or less.
Cynthia's mission is to share her wisdom guiding others towards vibrant health and happiness based on holistic medicine through her coaching, talks, workshops, books and her podcast based on her book, “21st Century Handbook: A Guide to Creating Health, Happiness and Peace in a Stressful Modern-Day World.”
