Crystal M. Richardson
Crystal "Monique" Richardson is the sole member of The Law office of Crystal M. Richardson PLLC, in High Point. Her principal areas of practice are estate planning, estate administration, and heirs' property law. She has a passion for serving individuals and families in preserving their legacies and navigating the complexities of the legal system. Drawing on her knowledge of property law and decedent's estates, she has a niche heirs' property practice dedicated to succession planning for heirs' property owners, resolving title issues, and securing ownership rights to their land. Ms. Richardson is a member of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary and Real Estate Law Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. She also serves as a member of the Section's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) and Legislative sub-committees. She is a member of the National LGBTQ Bar and the Guilford County Bar Associations. Ms. Richardson received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2006 and her J.D., with pro bono honors from the Charlotte School of Law in 2011.
