Creative Caregivers
Creative Caregivers facilitates engagements and community-building by and for caregivers to celebrate and reflect upon the resilience and hardship of caregiving through the arts. Our engagements are designed to build emotional resilience and prevent burnout, this series offers a safe space to honor the sacred gift of caring for ourselves as we care for others. Led by a registered nurse and professional artists, each workshop guides participants through artistic experiences and moments for deep reflection, all in a safe space for caregivers to nurture themselves with self-compassion and creative joy.
