I’m the executive founder of Conduit for Change, LLC your resource for resilience and creative transformation guiding individuals, leaders, communities, organizations, and families through change using an integrative approach that's intermodal and presence-based, ie: whole person/whole system. Whether working one-to-one, with groups or from the stage, I help professionals navigate change with mindfulness, creativity and grace.

I hold both a Master’s Degree in Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and Professional Certification in Coaching (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a career focus on Health and Wellness, and Transformative Leadership engaging intermodal and nature-based techniques that include creative process, mindfulness and positive psychology.

I bring 33 years of career experience to personal transformation and professional development with heart and humanity at its core. From managing burnout, to nurturing ideas, momentum and transformative leadership to tending grief associated with change-- I help you embrace and traverse the gaps of change.
