We aim to strengthen the social impact ecosystem by helping organizations reach their goals, improve organizational health, and advance community and individual wellbeing through systemic and population-level change. Our clients are community-driven nonprofits, cooperatives, social enterprises, and other organizations or leaders working toward equitable futures. We are based in the Twin Cities and primarily serve organizations in the Twin Cities metro area and Greater Minnesota. As a multi-stakeholder cooperative, we bring deep understanding of cooperative models, center equity and shared ownership, and offer flexible consulting. Clients value our ability to meet them where they are. We tailor our work to their needs and act as an extension of their team. We offer consulting and facilitation in strategy, operations & technology, collective action, governance, and impact measurement.
