Claire Antrobus
Claire Antrobus is a leadership coach and trainer specialising in leadership transitions, developing collaborative and inclusive cultures and new models of co-leadership that increase diversity. She works with individuals and teams to develop a values-based leadership approach by helping them clarify their ambition and develop the skills, confidence and momentum needed to achieve change - whetehr that's social change or organisational development.
She is the author of two academic studies of co-leadership as well as several user guides to aspects of co-leadership and various case studies - all of which are available free at www.coleadership.info
With Sandeep Mahal she has also published two guides to sucecssion planning - one for Boards, the other for Founders of long-standing leaders.
Claire has designed a series of training sessions covering different aspects of leadership and management of non-profit and values-led organisations which she delivers in-house for a range of clients including Clore Leadership, HEY Confident Futures, Paraorchestra, National Theatre and Leeds Arts University.
All her training events are carefully designed to be 'brain-friendly' to maximise learning - this means enjoyable, interactive, using visual materials, responsive to the group and based around application of the skills and concepts to real-life examples.
