ChangemakeHERS is a non-profit women’s leadership organization focused on Helping Each other Rise—by way of inspiration, aspiration, mentorship, networking, community, and coaching through year-round events.

Founder, Diana Dixon, runs a woman-owned creative agency DixonCo, established in 2008. DixonCo's company mission is BE GOOD. DO GOOD. CREATE GOOD. She has recently launched Dixon Originals: their content production and development arm. Her team is made up of passionate storytellers who give a damn about doing good in the world and by making a difference, one project at a time.
