Central Coast RBS

Central Coast RBS is owned and operated by Stephanie Kiesow, a long time Central Coast resident and wine lover. Stephanie recently retired after serving several years in local law enforcement as a police officer. Stephanie has also worked years as a 911 dispatcher, Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) contracted instructor, and undercover bar assessor for ABC/Project S.A.F.E.R.

Stephanie has been directly and indirectly involved in numerous "Minor Decoy" and "Decoy Shoulder Tap" inspections. She brings this valuable insider knowledge of local law enforcement and ABC sting operations to the RBS course to give you and your employees the best possible chance of success in meeting ABC expectations under the AB1221 RBS training program regulations.

In her spare time, Stephanie maintains an active volunteer presence in her local 501(c)(3) Non Profit community as well as national first responder non-profit organizations.

When she's not working or volunteering, Stephanie enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons, enjoying a large glass of red wine, and taking care of their ranch pets.
