Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers are guardians ad litem appointed by the court to represent the best interest of abused and neglected children during court proceedings.
CASA Minnesota's mission is to support and promote court-appointed volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children in Minnesota, and to enrich the lives of children living in foster care.
