We are a world-class professional training organization, dedicated to helping you "prepare for the journey", specializing in continuous improvement certification (Lean and Six Sigma) and certification preparation programs.

Our lead trainer is Mr. Stuart Hanke. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Operations Management, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Industrial and Systems Engineering in the state of Connecticut, and holds a variety of certifications including Project Management Professional, Risk Management Professional, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, and Restorative Justice Practitioner. Mr. Hanke has been providing consulting services since 2021 after over 20 years of engineering, manufacturing, and power plant operations experiences.

Mr. Hanke has led hundreds of hours of training and presentations in a variety of settings for very diverse audiences.
