Since 2012, thanks to our loyal corporate and private clients, we've been fortunate enough to be able to show and serve over 5,000 guests how to make and eat delicious, sustainable sushi. At the same time, we've learned a lot about sustainable seafood, which we have been sharing with our guests.

We love devoting ourselves in constant never ending improvement on our services, ingredients, taste, knowledge in sustainability and culinary arts.
