Since 1964, Bishop Dr. Raymond Rivera has served our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as a pastor, preacher, denominational executive, organization founder, and community builder. Throughout this time, he has preached, taught, and modeled Christ-centered holistic ministry, particularly within an urban context. His first book, entitled "Liberty To The Captives: Our Call To Minister In A Captive World" has received great accolades, and has been part of the curriculum at several Seminaries & Colleges.

He has over 56 years of ministerial experience and service.

He was Consecrated as a Bishop on September 27, 2020 by the College of Bishops , under the covering of the Council of Holistic Christian Churches and Ministries (C.H.C.C.M.)

His theological framework is Ministering in a Situation of Captivity™, based on the Old and New Testament lessons of the people of God.
