We are a small business support agency specializing in capacity building for those seeking assistance pertaining to profit maximization, internal controls, market assessment, and development. We have enjoyed working in the Metro Detroit, Lansing, Pontiac, Inkster, and Greater Flint markets since 2008. We are a group of MBA consultants and professionals with experience in business development, retail management, financing, and operations. Our group supports business planning, financial projections, and identifying strategic partnerships. Independently and through strategic partnerships we have helped to launch more than 680 small businesses. At Best Practices Consulting Services, we coach and inspire small business operators to learn how to operate in the margins, how manage cost, increase market presence, increase internal controls and grow their business first within.
