Gayon serves as the Program Director of a dedicated Memory Care Assisted Living Community. She is a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and the founder and CEO of Bella Cares, LLC. Through Bella Cares, she offers comprehensive educational programs that enhance understanding of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, focusing on areas such as disease progression, effective communication, and person-centered care.

Gayon is also an active volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association, serving as both a community educator and advocate. She is a proud member of the eWomen Network of Greater Hartford and the WISE Network and the Lion’s Club of Bloomfield.
