Oscar's training style is of a "practrainer" - he actively practices what he trains others to do.
Oscar is a first-generation professional. His career journey includes sales roles at five startups, co-founding a nonprofit, Chamber President & CEO, Community Partnerships Manager at LinkedIn. He has received various prestigious awards recognizing his leadership and philanthropy work. In 2015, Oscar founded Aspira Consulting with one mission: To empower you, so opportunities come to you.
