About me
I am a holistic creative therapist with a passion for using art-based approaches to support wellbeing, self-expression and personal growth. My work focuses on creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where people can explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and connect with their strengths through creativity.
Benefits of creative therapy.
Encourages emotional expression – When words are difficult, creative therapy supports clients to process and communicate their feelings in a safe and supportive way.
Reduces stress and improves wellbeing – Calming, hands-on creative activities promote relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of balance.
Builds confidence and self-awareness – Clients can explore their strengths, identity, and personal stories through creative expression.
Supports mental health – Creative therapy can help individuals manage anxiety, low mood, and emotional challenges in a gentle, non-judgemental space.
Promotes resilience and coping skills – Engaging in creative processes encourages new ways of thinking and helps clients develop healthy strategies for life’s challenges.
Interest in supporting young people/ parents or carers in AP or home education, new parents and families who have experienced NICU.
