I’ve been practicing and leading yoga for over 10 years, with a focus on Vinyasa, trained by Baron Baptiste, a leader in the yoga community. I was the former owner of Rise Power Yoga in Princeton, NJ, and am currently the Director of Operations and Events. I’m also a returning Lululemon ambassador. Above all, I’m proud to be a mom to two amazing young adults—Anielle in Philadelphia and Aidan in New York.
