AKWAABA means WELCOME in Ghana. AKWAABA GROUP Events Management Company which operations in Ghana, UK, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Holland and Italy.

The AKWAABA GROUP brand was formed in 2001. Our primary aim is to bring the Ghanaian community in the diaspora together through events. With over ten years of promoting and organising events.



Ghana Independence Celebrations

A celebration, which takes place on the 6th of March, to commemorate Ghana Independence Day. The celebrations forms as a platform for Ghanaians in these countries come together to mark the occasion.

Ghana Party in the Park

A festival and family fun day currently held annually in the UK.  Attracting over 10,000 visitors from Ghana, US, Canada and Europe. The day comprises of music, cultural dancers, Durbar of Chiefs display, fashion shows, football tournament, children activities, arts and crafts, and of course freshly cooked Ghanaian and African traditional food.

Miss Ghana UK Beauty Pageant

Miss Ghana UK Beauty Pageant is one of the most prestigious and highly acclaimed beauty pageant show in the UK since 1993 till present. Ghanaian ladies show casing their beauty, knowledge and cultural awareness about Ghana.

December in Ghana & Ghana Escapes:

During the month of December we organize for Ghanaians in the diaspora to travel to Ghana. We create special events for customer in Ghana for them to attend.
