What We Do

At The Doula Lab, we provide full-spectrum doula support, education, and resources that center birthing people and their families. Our work blends practical caregiving with advocacy, emotional support, and evidence-based information, ensuring families feel confident, prepared, and heard.

Our services may include:

Prenatal support and education to help families explore their options, build birth preferences, and prepare emotionally and physically

Continuous labor and birth support, offering reassurance, comfort measures, and informed guidance throughout the birthing process

Postpartum care, including emotional support, newborn guidance, and help navigating the early weeks after birth

Educational workshops and community offerings designed to empower families, birth workers, and communities with knowledge and skills
