He was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to a family of five children and loving parents. He moved to the United States when he was 17 years old to continue his education. he attended Georgetown Preparatory School and Boston College with a BA in International Marketing, and stayed on to follow his heart.

The story of Ray’s rise from the depths of despair to becoming one of today’s most impactful transformational coach. He inspires audiences to OUT their Inner AWESOME and love unconditionally by letting go of wounds from their past and saying no to the toxic people and activities that are keeping them stuck, just as he has.

The constant desire to be true to himself, to honor his calling and innate passions has gifted him with an eclectic career path in sales, marketing, the culinary arts, education, diabetes care, and co-active coaching. He has gone through a host of certifications to become uniquely qualified to help highly achieving professionals, individuals and couples thrives both in their personal and professional lives. Currently he is a certified co-active coach and leader from the the internationally-renowned Coaching Training Institute, Health, Strength, Relationship and Extraordinary Coach, Ultra High Frequency Energy Healing Master and Peace Process Master and a licensed PRINT Practitioner. In 2023 he got certified by SOMA Breath as Transformational Coach, a certification that holistically combines the top transformational modalities: breathwork, breath therapy, neurosomatics, traditional yoga, meditation, music therapy, and holistic health coaching.

Now Ray teaches highly achieving professionals, entrepreneurs and couples from all around the world how to get out of their own way, get real, get loved up by raising the Level Of Vibrational Energy so they can LIVE the the life they want RIGHT NOW. He currently host Transformational Retreats, Private Cooking Classes and Groundbreaking Events at Maison Victoria, his residence on Lake Michigan.
