I am an experienced DC/Arlington-based yoga teacher, who hosts specialty yoga events in the DC area, including yoga at the museum, goat yoga, kitten + puppy yoga, sound baths, yoga and acupuncture and more. I also offer private individual and group yoga instruction (in various styles, including yin, restorative, and flow).
