She uses her expertise as a E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and trainer, somatic sound healing practitioner, energy healer to create spaces for those seeking a transformative retreat, a reset, or simply a community that gets it. With 3,000+ hours of training, she also offers teacher trainings, mentorship, and continuing education to create accessible integrity led community spaces.
