We are a not-for-profit organisation that brings communities together through yoga.

We use evidence based practices to improve the physical and emotional wellbeing of the people we connect with.

Our mission is to provide yoga sessions to people with additional mental and physical needs in Kirklees, West Yorkshire.

We reinvest all donations and profits into our free Community Yoga sessions, tailored Yoga for Learning Disabilities, Survivors of Trauma, Older People and Dementia Friendly sessions.

We do this to ensure a range of communities of need can access the benefits of wellbeing through yoga.
