The Birth Squad is an advocate, community, and resource for the wellbeing of moms, birthers, and parents in Colorado. We provide free to low/no cost prenatal classes, postpartum support groups, and community-building child-friendly events through the early years of parenthood. Babies are welcome at all groups! We also offer childcare in order for you to attend our classes and support groups, so feel free to ask more about that if you have older kids.

Prenatal Classes:

We offer a series of six classes to prepare you for birth and early parenthood. Topics include: Prenatal Nutrition & Infant Feeding, Infant CPR, Sleep for Parents & Baby, and Q&As with a Doula & an OB-Gyn. Information on emotional and mental wellbeing and information for support people will be woven throughout the series. Build your village and hear from experts on all things new baby! ​

Support Groups:

We offer several types of support groups in the Denver area including affinity support group spaces for Black and Latino/a moms and birthing people in English and Spanish. Community & Beyond:

Monthly Meetups:

We offer monthly meetups for moms/birthers/parents looking for a community of others in the same life stages of parenthood. The events are low pressure, child-friendly and themed to offer connection and light community support around topics of interest in the early years of parenthood including self-care, nutrition, types of play, etc.
