Hi there!
I'm Dashunya, and I'm passionate about guiding people on their holistic wellness journey through yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
Yoga has profoundly shaped my life, shifting my focus to embracing a more mindful, inward approach. It helps me step out of my head and connect deeply with my body.
I teach Hatha and Vinyasa styles, incorporating intention-setting, meditation, and pranayama techniques.
For me, yoga is not just a physical practice but a spiritual journey that nurtures mindfulness and self-discovery. I often use singing bowls to create a serene and reflective atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience.
When we practice together, I encourage you to carve out this time solely for yourself. Let go of distractions and stresses, and turn your attention inward. As we move through each pose, I invite you to immerse yourself in the sensations of your body and the rhythm of your breath.
Having taught at retreats in Bali and Thailand, as well as leading sessions at conferences for nomads and online entrepreneurs, I’ve gained a wealth of experience in adapting to various settings and needs.
My goal is to help you find inner peace and balance, guiding you to strengthen your life force and become more aware of your unique power.
I always say, “I will be guiding you, but on this journey, you’re by yourself.” Our focus will be on listening to your body and embracing its natural flow, rather than striving for perfection. But I am always here to support and guide you every step of the way.
