She began her career as an Executive Administrator, building expertise in organizational leadership and executive partnership, before moving from supporting vision to shaping it. Today, she serves as founder and CEO of P31GIRLS, Inc., a nonprofit supporting young girls , and as creator of HERfifteenmins, a platform guiding women to reclaim their time and invest just fifteen minutes a day in spiritual growth, professional development, and personal well-being.

Her influence spans government, education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, where she is known for uniting diverse voices, building ecosystems, and creating lasting impact. A seasoned community leader, she has served as an ordained minister, hospital chaplain, and judge for the Miss District of Columbia/Miss America Competition.
