Rainbow Crew NW is a registered 501(c)(3) LGBTQ+ advocacy group based in beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington. Our mission is to foster meaningful connections between the queer and transgender community, our cisgender and straight allies, and to help everyone understand that people are people, love is love, and we can respect each other even when we disagree.

In 2024, we organized the successful and well-regarded Bainbridge Island Pride Festival, with the theme of "We Are Family." The all-day event brought together hundreds of people and demonstrated the strength and diversity of our community.
