How it all started...
Jenn’s yoga journey began in 2016 with a beginner series at Full Circle Yoga, where she quickly fell in love with the practice. By late 2017, after more than 22 years in a corporate career, she followed a new calling that led her to completing Teacher Training at Full Circle Yoga and kickstarting Mindfulness in Motion, a brand led by her inspiration to create, teach, and hold space for others.
Believing in the benefits of yoga for everybody and every body, Jenn's teaching philosophy is to encourage students to arrive on the mat and take what they need in the moment—be it movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, awareness, reflection, community, or connection.
Whether it's teaching, coaching, or crafting, Jenn's inspiration is driven by a heartfelt desire to give back and share the life-changing experience of the yogic lifestyle with others.
