Founded by Christen Helme, a certified Sound Bath Facilitator and Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, Safe & Sound offers experiences that blend ancient healing modalities with modern wellness practices.

Through crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, our sound baths create soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore harmony in mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re joining us for a group session, private sound journey, or a collaborative event with other local practitioners, you’ll be welcomed into a safe and nurturing environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and remember your wholeness.
