Working as a women’s therapist, workshop host, spiritual practitioner, meditation facilitator, and hypnotherapist, I also teach at the Academy of Hypnotic Science. My work integrates mind–body–spirit approaches to support healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation.

After a background in the corporate world, I transitioned in 2011 to follow my calling into women’s health and wellbeing, where I now specialise in supporting women to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and create more balanced, meaningful lives. It is deeply fulfilling to witness women reconnect with their inner goddess energy and step into a greater sense of empowerment.
