The Wellness Center, dedicated to fitness as a lifestyle, was established in 1991. We are the Premier Health & Fitness Center in Ouachita Parish with over 36,000+ square feet including the area's only indoor pool open year round. CrossFit Iron Pelican is located next door at 3201 Cypress St, West Monroe. A membership at CFIP includes unlimited classes and a membership at TWC.

A few of the fitness events we host throughout the year are: Wellness Resolution Run, 318 Youth Triathlon, 2-hour YogaFIT & Yoga Nidra, 2-hour Cardio Hip Hop, 2-hour SPIN, and our Squat, Bench, & Deadlift Competition.
