Mujeres Hispanas of the Hispanic American Leadership Council (HALC) is a cultural and well grounded leadership of Hispanic women. The Hispanic women of the HALC promotes the advancement of women in business through education, personal and professional development. We are committed to promoting the participation of women who are successful in their family, faith, finance and business. We believe we have a responsibility to empower and inspire our community.
