My name is Atul Patel, and I am a standup comedian and owner of Hahamasala Comedy Productions, a Minneapolis-based stand-up comedy production company. We have held shows with up to 70 attendees at bars and restaurants in multiple states. We continue to produce shows that are larger and further away from our home base. We currently run monthly standup comedy shows In Vino Veritas Wine Bar in Shoreview which we have consistently sold out with 40+ people.

I’m an experienced Indian-American standup comedian who placed 4th at the ACME Funniest Person Contest in 2019 and 2021. I and my veteran comedian friend, KJ The Comedian (Kelechi Jaavaid) have joined forces. Leveraging my marketing background and KJ's connections and comedy experience, they started producing comedy shows in May of 2024 and now they produce shows with a wide variety of comedians who you don't see performing everywhere.
