Wanda Taylor is the Founder and President/CEO of Ladies In Need Can Survive, Inc. (LINCS), 501(c)(3) transitional home empowering women overcoming homelessness, addiction, trauma, and incarceration. A survivor of abuse, addiction, and repeated homelessness herself, Wanda rebuilt her life through faith, and education, earning multiple degrees and serving more than 20 years in human services. In 2013, she founded LINCS, which has since helped countless women regain stability, reunite with their families, and reclaim their purpose. She now uses her experience to help women transform their lives through housing, intensive programs, and wraparound support. Her leadership has earned numerous awards local, state, and national recognition, including the President Joe Biden Volunteer Service Award.
