Marcia Sheehan has spent over a decade doing one thing: building spaces where high-achieving women finally put themselves first.
It started in 2015 with Charmed Cardinals — a women's enrichment society in the DC metro area built on the radical idea that capable women deserve to prioritize themselves. Before self-care was a trending topic, Marcia was gathering women who were fed up with doing and being everything for everyone but themselves. The ripple effect of that community led to the Connector Conference in 2018, a full-day experience designed to give independent entrepreneurs the personal and professional connection they were starving for.
In 2019 she co-created HerHideaways — all-inclusive overnight self-care retreats for women entrepreneurs who needed permission to completely unplug and recharge.
Today that same mission lives inside the BOLD Method Workshop — a 90-minute virtual experience where women redefine success on their own terms and build the boundaries, options, habits, and delegation strategies to actually protect it. It's the work Marcia has been doing in one form or another for over a decade, now distilled into a practical framework for women who are done being everyone's default.
Marcia is also co-host of the Solopreneur CEO and a regular facilitator of events for women entrepreneurs across the DC metro area and beyond.
