EcoWell Co. is a wellness platform for people who are trying to take care of themselves and the planet — and who believe those two things are deeply connected. Founded in 2020, we create events, workshops, and coaching programs rooted in eco-somatic practice, reflective writing, community wellness, and eco-spiritual philosophy. We're especially for the ones who journal and compost, who hold faith of climate resilience in the same hands, and who need real tools and real community to keep showing up for both their inner life and the world around them.
