Chaqueta Weston Ray and Milton Ray III

Milton Ray III is currently the head principal of Pascagoula High School. He previously served as principal for North Gulfport Elementary & Middle School (K-8) and Crossroads Elementary School (K-6). Milton completed the University of Mississippi Principal Corps program. He received his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and his master’s degree in educational leadership. Milton began his career in education as a math teacher, head basketball coach, and head track coach at S.V. Marshall High School in Tchula, Mississippi. During his tenure, Milton was named Teacher of the Year in 2008-2009 and again in 2009-2010. Milton also served as a math teacher and head basketball coach at Forest Hill High School in Jackson, Mississippi. Then, Milton moved to West Harrison High School in Gulfport, Mississippi and accepted the positions of head basketball coach and physical education teacher.

Chaqueta Weston Ray is an entrepreneur, speaker, and career coach. With a multi-industry background, Chaqueta brings extensive experience in business, management, technology, and education. Chaqueta is on the board of directors for the Pascagoula Gautier Foundation of Educational Excellence. Chaqueta has facilitated professional development training to various public and private organizations. Before pursuing entrepreneurship, Chaqueta held various roles throughout her career in the business, technology, and education industries. Chaqueta received numerous awards and recognitions for her work. Chaqueta began her career in Corporate America as a computer programmer. Chaqueta has also worked as an instructor at the community college and university level teaching business, computer and career preparation courses. Chaqueta's educational pursuits earned her a Bachelors of Business degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA with an emphasis in Management.
