While corporate communications for global organizations has been my career, inner communications through yoga is my calling. You can find me teaching yoga in-person at the Salt Sanctuary of Maryland, Life Time Columbia, Rolling Brook Yoga, corporate events, and wherever you are online at Namastone Yoga.
