Senior Downsizing Experts is the senior-focused division of the Sullivan & Sullivan Team at Keller Williams Lonestar DFW. Founded by Ingrid and John Sullivan in 2011, the team helps older adults and their families throughout Dallas-Fort Worth with real estate, move management and education related to downsizing and rightsizing.

With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Ingrid and John specialize in helping clients navigate the many pieces of a move while continuing to serve real estate clients of all ages.

They are co-authors of The Ultimate Guide to Downsizing and founders of the Smart Senior Series, a free educational program established in 2018 for older adults and their families.
