The Boston Women's Workforce Council (BWWC) is a public-private partnership between Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the Boston business community. Our mission is to eliminate gender/racial wage gaps in Boston and make it the best place in the country for working women by removing the visible and invisible barriers to women’s advancement.
