*Bodhi Meditation Silicon Valley USA*

Bodhi Meditation is an international organization focused on teaching and disseminating meditation methods. It was established on August 3, 1991, by Grandmaster JinBodhi. Bodhi Meditation teaches people to live compassionately and peacefully, in harmony with all beings. Our mission is to teach and spread easy-to-learn and effective meditation practices that promote health and happiness. So far, Bodhi Meditation has spread to more than 50 countries and regions and has established official Bodhi Meditation Centers in over 10 countries. Around the world, the suffering of countless individuals has been alleviated, and multitudes are enjoying health and happiness in body, mind, and soul.

Since its establishment in 2008, the Bodhi Meditation Silicon Valley Center has held approximately 500 free and low-cost meditation courses and nearly 100 community events. These efforts have helped tens of thousands of Silicon Valley residents find a healthier and happier life by alleviating ailments and worries caused by life and work stress, restoring their physical and mental health, promoting career success and better relationships, and helping people gain a deeper understanding of compassion-based living.

*Community Involvement and Outreach*

Bodhi Meditation serves the community by hosting free classes, programs, and community events year-round. The City of Milpitas, where Bodhi Meditation Silicon Valley USA is located, proclaimed August 3rd as "Bodhi Meditation Day."
