For Papa's Sake Home Care started because my family saw firsthand what happens when care falls short. My grandfather's experience in a nursing home changed everything for us. It lit a fire in me that I couldn't ignore. So I built an agency from the ground up, grew it to become the #1 rated home care provider in North America by Activated Insights, and eventually sold it to private equity.

But here's what nobody talks about. Somewhere between the 300% revenue growth and the industry recognition, I was sitting alone in my office wondering who was taking care of me. I was building something incredible on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. When I launched Reel Home Care Consulting, I knew I wanted to do more than help agency owners with their KPIs and systems and growth strategies. I wanted to create something I desperately needed when I was in their shoes. A table where you don't have to perform. A room full of people who actually get it.
