Svetlana (Lana) and Mario Ruggeri are the co-founders of Circles of Light, where they create supportive experiences that help people reduce stress, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, balance, and well-being.

Lana specializes in helping individuals navigate personal growth, emotional healing, and lasting transformation. Her approach combines evidence-informed techniques with holistic healing practices to address the connection between the mind, body, and emotions. Her work integrates Quantum Healing, Beyond Quantum Healing, QHHT, Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, guided meditation, guided imagery and intuitive practices combined with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, and nervous system regulation to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Mario is a Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner who brings a calm, grounded presence to every session. He helps create a safe, supportive environment where participants can relax, release stress, and restore a greater sense of emotional and energetic balance through gentle healing techniques.

Together, Lana and Mario offer a whole-person approach that supports mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Their workshops, healing circles, and private sessions are designed to help participants develop greater resilience, self-awareness, inner peace, and confidence while providing practical tools they can continue using in everyday life.
