For nearly half a century, the South Boston Community Health Center has been an invaluable resource for South Boston families. As the only provider of primary health services in the South Boston neighborhood, we provide over 70,000 service visits a year to nearly half the neighborhood population. Our services include addiction prevention and recovery; an expanded food pantry that feeds over 400 patients a month; a free patient shuttle to ensure access to those most in need and two Urgent care Centers that expands hours and access. Our mission is to ensure access to health care for all with a special emphasis on those most in need.
