We are entering our 20th year offering daily Yoga classes in South Florida. We also host great monthly events and workshops. And Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Our teachers are knowledgeable and caring. You will meet nice folks in a friendly and welcoming environment. Classes are non-heated and open to all levels. We work with you where you are.

Space Rentals:

This beautiful space in the Wilton Yard is available to rent. It is the perfect venue for social gatherings and special events! Come check out the 18 foot marble topped bar!

 It is also great for Yoga events and workshops, but we just wanted to mention that bar...
