Rick Manning is the Founder and Director of Winter Village Music. Rick is a fiddler and a mandolin player and the Executive Director of the Friends of Stewart Park with a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. He is married to Sally Manning and has a son, Thomas.
